It is my goal to create a warm and accepting environment in which clients feel able to be their authentic selves. I take a humanistic approach to therapy, believing that a strong therapeutic relationship is foundational to change and that you are the expert on your life. I believe that therapy is a journey that the therapist and client embark on together and I am honored to take that journey with each of my clients. My specialties include working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress management, major life changes/transitions, anger, and interpersonal relationship difficulties.
