About
I help neurodivergent kids, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or stuck in survival mode. Many of my clients navigate ADHD, trauma, masking, or pressure to “hold it together.” They come to therapy wanting to feel understood, supported, and finally safe to be their real self. I specialize in helping clients unlearn survival mode, rebuild self-trust, and reconnect with their body and emotions. Using trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming strategies, we focus on understanding patterns, regulating emotions, and growing authenticity—without needing to perform or mask.
