I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, impacts of trauma, or life stress. I've worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds and circumstances, and I understand every person has a unique set of challenges-and strengths. Everyone deserves to live a life filled with purpose, connection, and fulfillment. My hope is to work with clients to determine what that life would look like for them and take actionable steps towards achieving that. Through exploring underlying challenges and patterns of coping, our work will address current concerns and find new, more helpful ways to pursue well-being.
