I believe therapy is where authenticity and growth come together. I work best with people who are ready to go deeper—those who want more than surface-level validation and are open to being gently challenged. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, as I bring my authentic self into the therapy room. My lived experience with ADHD, anxiety, and relational healing informs the empathy and authenticity I bring into the therapy space. My approach is holistic, integrated, fiercely feminist and systems-oriented. This means we look at the bigger picture of how your experiences, relationships, and the world around you shape your story.
