I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients in navigating their unique experiences. Common issues I work with involve family dynamics, romantic relationships, workplace challenges, and experiences of oppression. We may be a good fit if you are seeking to understand your ADHD or autism, strengthen your interpersonal relationships, explore your identity, or cope with systemic barriers. I hope to empower my clients to embrace what makes them unique and live authentically in alignment with their goals and values. My lived experience as a queer, AuDHD woman of color informs my counseling work. My approach, grounded in Relational Cultural Therapy, looks beyond the individual. I consider the context of culture, society, and interpersonal relationships in cultivating overall well-being, encouraging my clients to build authentic community & connection.
