Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in Newport Beach, CA. I work with adults to help reduce anxiety and live more fulfilling lives. I work with "people-pleasers", the stretched thin & overwhelmed, those who feel stuck and those who are students of life - looking to develop and understand themselves on a deeper level. My clients have often reached a point where they're finally ready to ask for help, often times after helping everyone else in their life for so long or they've hit some rough patches: loss of a loved one, loss of a job, loss of a relationship, or lost in life. I want to help you find your way. My clients report feeling supported, encouraged and like they have someone they can trust. Most of all, they make progress. While I am very compassionate, I also have a way of challenging clients to get where they want to go. They find new ways of seeing and navigating their blocks, that ultimately changes the way they think, feel and live.
