Deciding to pursue therapy is a huge step in moving towards a life of healing, and I am honored and excited to go on this journey with you. You are enough just as you are, and I want to help you recognize those qualities in yourself and teach you how to utilize them to tackle all that life throws at you. I am passionate about creating the life that you want despite the life that was handed to you. It can be difficult to move through the emotions you may feel from influences outside of your control, and I want to help you take that power back anyway that I can.
