I also welcome "change" as a non-linear process, guiding clients to lean into their inner wisdom and strength to find their ideal balance between embracing acceptance and pursuing growth - moment by moment. In a world that often asks people to do and be more, I invite my clients to slow down and explore what it means to move at their own speed.
