I work with young adults and adults in various life stages and I realize that pursuing therapy takes a great deal of courage. I hope that Reclaim Holistic Therapy, LLC can provide you with a safe space to be heard, to know that you are valued, and to feel known. Clinically, I tailor therapy to meet the needs of my individual clients. While open to all clients, I specialize in childhood trauma, sexual trauma, grief & loss, attachment, life transitions, self-esteem, and relational difficulties. I provide trauma-informed and strengths-based therapy, which means we will work gently together to identify your innate resilience. I utilize a variety of therapy approaches and I am trained in EMDR therapy.
