I enjoy working with children ages 10+, adolescents, and adults. My specialties include ADHD, neurodiversity, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, and working with the LGBTQIA+ community. Clients that I work with often have negative thoughts about feeling “different” and/ or inadequate. I take a non-judgemental approach to help you develop tools and techniques to embrace and work alongside your brain. My clients often feel like they aren't good enough, as a parent, a partner, a professional, or other roles they deeply value. I am passionate about helping clients rebuild their identity, self-worth, and autonomy.
