As an Art Therapist and Counselor, I am equipped to work with a variety of individuals in a myriad of ways. I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to understand and assist people through their struggles. I am able to provide 'traditional' counseling services as well as art therapy, behavior change approaches and EMDR to help you deal with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life transitions and self-esteem struggles. I am direct, creative and open-minded and love working with people ages 10 and up.
