I provide individual therapy sessions and am a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Interns in FL. I find passion working with individuals who struggle with C-PTSD/trauma, mood disorders, dissociation, self-harming behaviors/ suicidal ideations, relationships, self-esteem/body image, grief, & more. I have completed intensive training & most commonly use Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) & Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR). I have also completed trainings in Suicide & Crisis Intervention, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance Therapy, Solution Based Therapy & much more! I often use an eclectic approach that includes empowerment paired with providing a safe place to process. Mindfulness, grounding, self-compassion, cognitive reframing, interpersonal effectiveness, & emotional regulation will all be addressed through education and application.
