I specialize in working with self-described people pleasers, perfectionists, overachievers, and caregivers. Many of my clients report feeling disconnected from themselves, and are stuck in patterns that leave them feeling empty. I strive to create a safe and caring environment using warmth, education, humor, and self-reflection to surface insights. My therapeutic approach is grounded in exploring past and present relationships (of many varieties) to identify root causes, and how those are influencing clients today.
