Hi, I'm Sydney! My niche is all things relationship/interpersonal conflict. I am a good fit for young adults who are struggling with relational conflicts/communication, or a recent event that may be causing intrusive thoughts, anxiety, and/or depression in their significant relationships. Certain focuses of mine include attachment work, ethical nonmonogamy, and individuals seeking healing after leaving a high-control (cult) group. My goal is to walk alongside my clients so that they feel supported, have a road map, and have guidance on deciding which action steps may be the next right move for their journey. I utilize systems theory and attachment theory as the backdrop to our work, meaning we will dig in to understand the dynamics of your most significant relationships throughout your life and your learned communication styles. I also use CBT, ACT, Solution Focused and Narrative therapies, and play based interventions to support clients of all ages.
