I am driven by the belief that people have unlimited capacity to grow, heal, and change in order to regain control of their lives. My approach is collaborative, focusing on client strengths, needs, and values. I enjoy working at your pace. Working together allows for new insights and perspectives that allow individuals to make their desired life changes in a safe environment. I enjoy assisting clients with relationship troubles, family conflict, parenting, life transitions, self growth and exploration. I have experience working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma-related symptoms, and those impacted by the foster care system. I am currently accepting clients ages 7 and above and accept multiple insurances.
