I am a Licensed Professional Counselor whose range of interest includes working with adolescents, adults, and couples. I approach therapy with the goal of identifying patterns in thinking and behavior, in order to help clients alter the negative cycles that have maintained their symptoms. Ultimately, I want to empower my clients by giving them a safe space to freely express their concerns, while also equipping them with the tools to manage their circumstances. My practice is 100% virtual, so clients are offered convenient access from whichever setting is most comfortable to them!
