I provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults who are looking for a safe space to explore and process their experiences. I have clinical experience working with a variety of mental health disorders such as: depression, anxiety, PTSD, bipolar, ODD, DMDD, and borderline personality disorder. I also have experience working with addiction and substance abuse, as well as individuals on probation. I practice with treatment modalities that include: CBT, DBT, ACT, and I will soon be able to offer EMDR treatment. I also provide family therapy. I have two years of clinical inpatient experience, this opportunity has shown me the importance of acceptance and empathy when meeting with clients.
