Hi there! As you take the difficult first step of deciding to pursue therapy, I want to be here to support you and help you feel comfortable with this process. I'm the type of therapist who meets clients where they're at, but I'm not afraid to give you support/encouragement to navigate discomfort and change. I provide supportive counseling that integrates evidence-based skills to help achieve a life worth living. Outside of my day job, I love to read fantasy books, listen to music, engage in joyful movement (for me: weightlifting/cardio), and spend time with my loved ones.
