I'm an adolescent and young adult therapist who teaches my clients skills to help them feel better in the moment, while also guiding them on a path of long-term healing. I specialize in treating anxiety, trauma, and phobias. Whether my clients are facing challenges with doing what they want, going where they want, or becoming who they want to be, I'm here to help them navigate it- step by step. When a person's usual ability to cope is overwhelmed, a trauma response can be triggered- I help my clients overcome the emotional and behavioral struggles that may follow. By building a safe and productive space for us to work within, I help my clients build a positive and resilient sense of self and belonging.
