I work from integrative and trauma-informed lenses to provide treatment that considers the body and its functioning as a whole along with your goals for best results. I proudly serve adolescents, young adults, and adults and have experience working with a range of diagnoses and treatment settings. I currently specialize in teens, college aged emerging adults and young adults experiencing life transitions, anxiety, perfectionism, OCD and related disorders within my outpatient practice. I offer TeleHealth for those in need of remote services within Alabama along with in-person sessions at my Practice in Daphne, AL. My primary approaches include trauma-informed, Mindfulness-Based CBT, Attachment-based, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and ERP- the gold-standard for OCD treatment. We'll identify your needs, practice new skills to help you meet life's challenges and work through fears and trauma wounding to help you embrace your true, authentic self.
