We begin by establishing personal goals that fit your life and understanding of your experience. The work we do together is grounded in person-centered, multiculturally inclusive, liberation-based, emotion-focused, and somatic modalities. I believe that healing begins with feeling deeply seen, respected, and met where you are, in your own emotional journey.
