I work with teens and adults who are living with the effects of complex trauma, including survivors of domestic violence. My approach is trauma-informed and IFS-informed, and I hold a deep respect for the ways our minds and bodies adapt to survive experiences that felt unsafe, overwhelming, or silencing. I am attentive to consent, boundaries, and nervous system capacity, and I believe therapy works best when clients feel empowered and in control of the process. In our work together, I will aim to create a space that feels steady, collaborative, and kind.
