My goal from the first session is for you to feel heard, validated, safe, transparent and open. You will be supported, accepted and encouraged to lean into your challenges to find dynamic and helpful solutions. Working with adults, I use my early childhood development knowledge to help heal the inner child and past traumas and/or challenges that may be holding you back from living a present and fulfilled life. I work from a client-centered approach using dynamic and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques.
