I am passionate about supporting individuals who are embarking on their healing journey. I work well with those who seek guidance on managing anxiety, depression, dysregulation, trauma symptoms, relational difficulties, and complex emotions. I specialize in helping individuals understand and alleviate the distress caused by trauma through the use of somatic, Polyvagal, AEDP, and EMDR therapy. Additionally, I provide Animal-Assisted Therapy with my dog, Momo. I believe in the importance of a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment in order to process thoughts, feelings, and experiences as we work to meet your goals. In my practice, I work to understand your experiences through trauma- and Polyvagal-informed lenses. In addition to being trained in EMDR, I am also trained and frequently use somatic-, AEDP-, and attachment-informed therapies. I am certified through the Polyvagal Institute in Polyvagal-informed therapy.
