Hi! I am so glad you are here. I believe a huge part of therapeutic success comes through a good relationship with my clients. My goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. With lived experience with OCD and professional experience in treating it (including "taboo" themes), I bring a compassionate and understanding perspective. I enjoy working with clients who struggle with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, phobias/agoraphobia, and self-esteem. I also have experience treating trauma, grief, trichotillomania/dermotillomania, and bipolar disorder. I wholeheartedly believe everyone could benefit from therapy. By incorporating a variety of therapeutic approaches, I aim to meet each client's unique needs and goals. Therapy will be based on your needs and goals. It can be a place to make behavioral changes and learn skills, but also can be a safe place to vent and share some laughs.
