Welcome to my profile. I am a LCSW and have been providing Mental Health counseling for nearly 24 years. My years of experience include working at a birthing and trauma hospital as well as the Veterans Health Administration. I am here to help You be as healthy as you can be. Over the years I have provided and continue to provide care for people suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship discord, PTSD and insomnia.
