I am a Licensed Associate Counselor with a deep commitment to supporting children and families as they navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in counseling from the University of Arizona. My goal is to help children and families build the tools they need to foster resilience, confidence, and emotional growth. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), but truly believe that the most important part of therapy is creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for children to explore their emotions.
