Many adults experience stuck points, thoughts or beliefs that keep them emotionally stuck The strong negative intrusive thoughts cause the person to physcially or verbally aggressive, binge, suppress emotions, zone out during an emotionally intense conversation or meeting. They feel like they are watching self from the outside. They sometimes self-harm, overthink, experience body pain, or avoid external reminders. Overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, the challenges of ADHD, trauma reminders, relationship challenges, work-related issues. Often times they seek a way to break free from emotional obstacles and choose to become resilient. I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, EAP, and relationship challenges, and I have additional expertise in supporting clients through life transitions and personal growth. I am passionate about creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, validated, and empowered to make meaningful changes.
