I help individuals in transitions, including those of school, intimate relationship, marriage, raising children, divorce, partner loss, career changes, and retirement. Transitions may be accompanied with mixed feelings, anxiety, and/or depression which may lead to feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion. Teaming up with my clients, I assist and support them in removing barriers and opening possibilities for a brighter future, placing them fully empowered in the lives they choose to live. By building on their positive changes, no matter the size, clients can sit comfortably in the driver's seat and better direct their future.
