I aim to create a safe place for clients to reflect and work on making changes to improve their everyday experience. The first session consists of an intake questionnaire including gathering demographics, medical history, medication history, previous therapy history, legal history, substance use history, childhood upbringing, symptoms, trauma screening and treatment goals.
