I am a compassionate, down to earth person offering therapy to individuals. It is my belief that healing comes from within you, and within the context of a relationship. I specialize in working with the effects of trauma on people's lives, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, relational troubles. I practice using Somatic Experiencing (certified SEP through Somatic Experiencing International), EMDR (EMDR trained via EMDRIA) and use Internal Family Systems lenses to help clients find calmness, wholeness, emotional resilience, and renewed connection to themselves, and to people in their lives.
