I will be by your side and work with you on your healing journey. I believe in finding the right therapeutic technique to fit your healing journey and I'm eager to create a safe and comfortable space to achieve your goals. I believe that achieving your best self is done by giving you the proper tools and guiding you with support, compassion, and empathy. I have experience working with children in foster care, clients who have/are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, substance use, and trauma experiences. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches such as Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy, and Child Play Therapy.
