Hi, we are so glad you found us! We are a post-adoption wrap-around agency. This means that we are highly skilled and educated in working with adopted children and their families. We are essentially like a group home that comes to your home. We provide individual and family therapy, we provide life coaches (called youth care coaches) for the adopted youth, we provide a facilitator who helps organize everything internally and externally as needed and plans weekly or biweekly family team meetings.
