Whether you are caring for loved ones, or are a caregiver by profession, Synergy's seasoned team of mental health clinicians offer an eclectic array of clinical approaches to address anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and many other areas. Areas of expertise include DBT, DBT, Expressive Arts Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and more. Our team serves adults, youth, couples, and families.
