Welcome! Synergy Wellness is a small group practice located in Guilford, CT. We offer both in person and virtual therapy. This means that we want to get you feeling better faster, utilizing strengths that you already have. It also means that our work tends to be relational- we process how relationships and systems within your life affect your symptoms. Although different therapists within our practice have varying specialties, we all have this foundation in common. All of our clinicians treat PTSD, anxiety, and depression, often resulting from the events that have happened to us.
