Over the last 15 years, I have been dedicated and committed to working with the people of my Central Florida community to overcome challenges in their everyday lives. Relationship challenges, anger, depression, anxiety, and trauma are some of the areas I have assisted in providing services. I provide an individualized treatment approach, displaying empathy and honesty while offering a safe place to be your true self. I work with clients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or family conflict. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back.
