I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist passionate about helping adults with depression, anxiety, or just the unexpected situations that come our way. Whether this is a child with special needs, a traumatic event, grief/loss, or a medical diagnosis. Life can be hard. I help individuals to thrive through all of this with grace, resiliency, and strength. The olive tree symbolizes peace, endurance, and renewal with deep roots and the ability to thrive in harsh conditions. The olive tree represents the heart of my practice and approach- helping individuals to thrive and remain grounded in adversity and with the unexpected in life. With 16 years of experience as a clinical psychologist, I provide compassionate, evidence based therapy for adults who are seeking to live life to their fullest. I offer a supportive, warm, and collaborative space where clients can heal, build resilience, and find themselves again. I am trained in EMDR therapy and certified in Perinatal Mental Health.
