My work is centered on supporting teens, young adults, women, and caregivers, especially those connected to military, first responder, and medical professional communities. Many carry chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, or feel disconnected after navigating high-pressure roles, family demands, or major life transitions. While these populations are a focus of my work, my practice is open to anyone seeking support. My goal is to offer collaborative, practical care that helps restore emotional balance, strengthen relationships, and reconnect clients with a grounded sense of identity, purpose, and resilience.
