Hello Hello, I'm Tabitha :) I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego, California. I believe in empathetic listening, transparency, and empowerment as a means to unravel inner conflict. I have a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, integrating conventional and holistic therapeutic modalities. I encourage mind-body oriented integrative methods in providing counseling, mental health and wellness approaches.
