I am dedicated to supporting individuals who are committed to their personal growth and well-being. Through a collaborative and strengths-based approach, I help clients identify and overcome barriers, develop effective coping strategies, and cultivate positive habits. It is a privilege to witness their progress and witness their transformation as they take charge of their lives and experience greater happiness and fulfillment. I am licensed on CO, OR, TX, and WA. I possess a strong ability to work with clients facing substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders. Drawing from my expertise in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and client-centered therapies, I take an eclectic approach to therapy, tailoring my interventions to meet each client's unique needs and goals.
