Couples therapist-and adult individual therapist. The work we do together is unique since it will not just be ‘traditional talk therapy.’ It will feel like a deep dive into attachment wounds, trauma(s), and/or other emotional burdens that need attention and relief. We will work together to help you find ways to move forward with your life in a new, healthier direction. Couples work looks very similar with exploring the inner world- identifying the unhealthy patterns, and establishing a new approach that feels better for each partner.
