I specialize in supporting Black and other BIPOC folks who are healing from trauma, people navigating anxiety and mood disorders (bipolar disorder, depression), and high-achieving first generation professionals who are often relied on while quietly feeling worn down. As a Black woman who understands how race, class, and gender shape our lived experiences, I provide culturally responsive care to those navigating racism, imposter syndrome, and the pressures of succeeding in spaces not built with them in mind.
