I believe that we are all wired towards growth. Sometimes life's events, our environment or circumstances get in the way of us accessing our inner resources and realizing our potential. Adverse life experiences can lead to symptoms that may have been necessary at one time to help us survive, but get in the way as our circumstances change. Together we can work to identify and work through barriers to peace and contentment. I bring a wealth of experience and training in several evidence-based treatment models. However, I understand the importance of tailoring therapeutic techniques to the unique needs of each individual.
