With 20+ years in mental health services, I offer a warm, safe space full of understanding, trust, growth and a platform for clients to be unapologetically themselves. Navigating life armed with the improved ability to effectively work through current difficult moments or let go of past pain results in realized control, empowerment, redefined purpose, a strong identity, and positive self-esteem.
