Therapy for me is a process where two people, one with a complaint and the other with professional training and experience, will work together to analyze and reflect on one's complaint, issues, and choices. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds and cultures, who might have experienced adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma (verbal, emotional, physical, and sexual abuse), anxiety, and depression. I also provide therapy in Brazilian Portuguese I'm an integrative counselor and art therapist with a Jungian background, with a specialization from Brazil in Analytical Psychology, trainings in Sandplay, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), experience with play therapy, active imagination, dream analysis, guided imagery, word association, and CBT to tailor your treatment.
