I am a person-centered therapist who believes in tailoring therapy to her clients individual needs and believes in going into each session with an open mind allowing the client to take hold of each session. I believe in helping the client identify situations or behaviors that have contributed to their illnesses or struggles and together we work to change these behaviors and overcome challenges. I believe that therapy should include unconditional positive regard, compassion, genuineness, and understanding where the client is at. I specialize in working to improve individuals’ self-worth, self-esteem, and self-compassion.
