My therapeutic approach is grounded in cultural humility, authenticity, and collaboration. I work primarily with Black/African American individuals and families, while also supporting clients navigating sexuality, dating and relationship concerns (traditional and non-traditional), family dynamics, anxiety, life transitions, identity exploration, religion/spirituality, and racial and cultural stressors. I believe therapy should be a space where clients feel deeply seen, heard, and respected, and where their lived experiences are honored without judgment.
