I provide effective counseling and therapy services addressing challenges with Trauma and PTSD, Substance Abuse/Dependence, Depression, and Anxiety. Clients are honored and validated for each unique situation. Through building a trusting, safe, and compassionate relationship, clients are guided through therapy. Therapist and client collaborate during the therapy process to find what helps the client best and enables them to have healthy relationships.
