As a small practice, our job is to prioritize each person's needs and be the calming center that you can trust. We use empowerment as a tool to help clients with self-esteem issues, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, depression, and worry. If our clients feel accepted and heard, we believe that they can gain control back of their lives. I use my specialization with children, adolescents, and anxiety to help people create different experiences in therapy and to help them believe in themselves.
