I work from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective drawing upon your unique skills and experiences to assist you in uncovering the potential within you to live a full and empowered life. I use elements of Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness to help you achieve your goals.
